  1. Introduction

Thank you for registering with The Hunt Gate. The Hunt Gate is an app wholly owned by JBE Technology Solutions Limited T/A The Hunt Gate (CRO No. 702787). Throughout these Terms & Condition, “The Hunt Gate,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JBE Technology Solutions Limited.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Hunt Gate platform, including its mobile app and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 13 are prohibited unless they are a affiliated to a club and have their parents/guardians consent to use the service.

  1. Account Registration
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Billing: Paid subscriptions will be billed in advance according to the plan selected.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed and will be granted at our discretion.
  • Late Payments: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
  1. Use of the Service

You may not:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
  • Misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with other users’ experience
  1. Content Ownership
  • You retain ownership of content you upload (“User Content”)
  • You grant us a limited license to host, use, and display your content as needed to provide the Service
  • We reserve the right to review or remove content that violates these Terms
  1. Moderation & Enforcement

We may:

  • Suspend or delete accounts for rule violations
  • Remove content without notice
  • Report unlawful activity to authorities
  • Restrict features or access at our discretion 
  1. Data Retention & Deletion
  • Your content may be stored on our servers during account use
  • Upon termination, we may delete or retain your data as required by law or internal policy
  • You can request deletion of personal data per our Privacy Policy
  1. Security

You’re responsible for maintaining account security. Report any unauthorized access immediately. Use strong, unique passwords and exercise caution when using shared devices.

  1. Platform Compatibility
  • The Service may not work on all browsers, devices, or operating systems.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your environment up to date.
  1. Inactive Accounts

Free accounts inactive for 120 days may be deleted after notice.

  1. Updates & Beta Features
  • We may release updates, patches, or new features at any time.
  • Beta features are provided “as-is” with no guarantee of support or continued availability.
  1. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

  1. Third-Party Links

Our service may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

  1. Proprietary Rights

The Hunt Gate and its logo are trademarks of JBE Technology Solutions Limited. All intellectual property remains the property of the company or its licensors.

  1. Export Control & Sanctions Compliance

You may not use our Service if you are subject to EU sanctions or are on the EU/UN list of restricted parties.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, war, or government restrictions.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 6 months.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless The Hunt Gate from any claims or losses resulting from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • At our discretion with or without notice
  • If you violate these Terms or applicable laws
    Upon termination, you must stop using the Service and delete any downloaded materials.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Ireland under the UNCITRAL Model Law. Arbitration language will be English.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and The Hunt Gate. They override all prior agreements.

  1. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

  1. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.

  1. No Third-Party Rights

These Terms do not create rights for any third party.

  1. Expiration of Claims

Any claim under these Terms must be filed within two years of when it arose.

  1. Prevailing Party

In legal disputes, the winning party is entitled to recover reasonable legal fees.
